2020 Interactive

Leadership 2020 suggests that teachers take time to reflect – both in conversation with others and by processing information individually through a regular practice of journal writing. The 2020 INTERACTIVE portion of Leadership 2020 provides tools that teachers can use as they connect new information with their personal experience.

Reflection Journal: A favorite Leadership 2020 project is called “It’s About Time: Energy Management for Teachers.” Local educators are currently meeting to encourage and support each other by sharing ways to keep their lives in balance as they work toward their professional goals. They have realized the power in keeping a regular reflection journal and would love to share their experiences with others.
